Items purchased from सादा / SAADAA are eligible for free return / exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery and are in unused condition with original tags and the packaging bag being intact.

Returning one item purchased during a combo.

If you purchase two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.

Eg. If you purchase 2 Wide Leg Pants for Rs. 3398 while one of them is priced at Rs.1999  and choose to return one of them - then you will be refunded Rs. 1399 (3398-1999). Similar T&C will be applicable in other product categories as well.

Exchanging for something else? 

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit/refund to your bank account
